The man
behind the
shield
MOST OF YOU MAY
KNOW HIM AS...
EVP Football Operations NFL,
1st Round NFL Draft Pick, Hall of Fame Inductee, Multi-Award Recipient
Now, that all of the titles are out of the way...introducing the Executive,
Servant, Leader — Troy Vincent.
Troy Vincent Sr. lives each day anchored in faith. Guided by his belief in God, he intentionally applies his faith across every area of life. As a faith-driven humanitarian and executive, Troy exemplifies transformational leadership, mentoring corporate leaders and creating opportunities to develop the next generation of visionary changemakers.
Rooted in the love of God, Troy’s leadership is marked by humility, service, and a deep commitment to others. Whether as an executive, mentor, ally, or community advocate, he leads with purpose and compassion. Faith is his shield, and hope shapes his attitude and focus.
Troy believes every person was created with purpose—and that success is intentional.
“We have to find our purpose. If we know our purpose, we have vision. Vision determines our discipline. Discipline produces results. Success is truly predictable. If you set your mind to accomplish something and discipline yourself to it, you are likely to be successful—even if unforeseen circumstances deter you for a time. Success requires purpose.” – Troy Vincent Sr.
At 16, Troy fell in love with Jesus and committed to serving Him in every aspect of his life. Through mentorship, he was inspired, trained, and equipped to walk by faith and embrace a life of servant leadership.
This is what makes Troy Vincent Sr. L.I.T.—Living in Truth.
