An NFL Legend with a Servant Leader’s Heart.
From Trenton, New Jersey, Troy Vincent is the grandson of a WWII veteran Jefferson Vincent and the son of a corrections officer, his mother Alma Vincent. He was raised in a patriotic household of working principles to do right by all people, don’t complain, and to keep Jesus as his focus. As a result, Troy knows that having a keen understanding of political, cultural, economical, global, and social issues are vital as a Transformational Leader and a Champion for Christ in today’s times.
Troy and his wife Tommi are a humanitarian couple driven by faith to be servant leaders and ambassadors of Christ. They are determined to be good stewards of their lives, great assets to society, and to live a life of integrity and truth. Troy and Tommi have established their marriage and family on the pillars of faith, family, and food. The foundation that these pillars stand on is the truth of God. Troy and Tommi have cultivated a home that encourages purpose, service, and remaining true to God's word.
Together, they are building a family legacy along with their 5 children through their community development and opportunity corporation Love Thy Neighbor. The Vincent family are all servant leaders impacting society and culture for the good through their lifestyle brand Vincent Country. Troy and Tommi are walking together in their purpose as advocates to raise awareness about domestic violence and sexual assault, and assisting survivors to become thrivers. Together Troy and Tommi Vincent are L.I.T.

Love Thy Neighbor is a community-driven initiative by Troy and Tommi Vincent, focused on empowering families through education, leadership, and support. Its signature event, Safe Zone Activity Day, offers children in underserved communities a fun, secure space to play, learn, and grow—held annually in the Super Bowl host city.
