Troy Vincent Sr. is a transformational, philanthropic servant leader. He is faith driven, ever learning, and committed to serving others for their advancement. Shaping the paradigm of transformational leadership, Troy’s body of work and life’s experiences informs his commitment to serving others in assisting with their development both personally and professionally to encourage excellence in leadership skills among corporate and industry executives.

Troy’s unwavering faith in God emboldens his deep-rooted empathy and compassion, the driving force behind using his voice for the empowerment
of victims of domestic abuse. He and his wife Tommi, true to their highest priority of family, are building their family legacy as servant leaders 
impacting the world with their philantrophic work.

Troy is guided by the principles of L.I.T., which stands for leadership, integrity, and truth. According to the dictionary the word lit means to illuminate or ignite something. And, Troy Vincent Sr. is a lit leader igniting positive change through service, influence, organizations, and lifestyle. Troy has an inner flame, a gift which God gave him. This flame is a great sense of responsibility to humanity that was passed down to him from his grandfather. As a result, he has a conviction that has produced a vision for his purpose as a servant leader in all areas of his life, who soars like an eagle and is fearless like a lion.

A LASTING IMPACT

Troy and his wife Tommi are a humanitarian couple driven by faith to be servant leaders and ambassadors of Christ. They are determined to be good stewards of their lives, great assets to society, and to live a life of integrity and truth. Troy and Tommi have established their marriage and family on the pillars of faith, family, and food.

LEGACY HONORED

Troy believes that being bestowed with numerous awards named after him is very profound and humbling as one’s family name holds the power to preserve and honor the heritage and values that have been cherished across generations. Just like a strong tree root, the Vincent family name is testament to faith, family, and servant leadership, standing tall and strong in the face of any adversity and yielding good fruit.
